The Tasks tab shows you all the tasks related to the record you are viewing.
The Tasks tab is available on every record except task records. All the widgets shown on this page are set up by the system administrator and can contain all the fields, including User Defined Fields (UDF), found on the task record. There can be multiple widgets for the same task type on this page each showing a different set of information on the tasks related to the record.
You can use the filter to select which task types you want to view. Select the task types from the dropdown and click
.
The widgets on the page will be filtered to show only those that are related to the task types you selected.
Clicking on the 
icon in the column headers will allow you to filter the columns.
Clicking the column header 
will allow you to sort the information in that column. Clicking on a hyperlink 
within a widget will take you to the desired record page.
Records in each widget can be exported in different formats by clicking
. You can view existing filters (applied by the administrator when creating the widget) and apply new filters to each widget using Custom Filters
