On every maintenance plan you will find a History tab. The History tab contains all historical occurrences and links to any relevant documents.
Clicking on the arrow will show you further details about the occurrence.
Clicking on the available documents in the Documents section will take you to the Document Management System (DMS) where you will be able to download the document related to that occurrence.
