Organisation
The iSite site is split up into a number of different Modules. This document will show you how to create, search for and view an organisational record within the iSite site.
To navigate to the Organisation functions when you log into the site, on the left hand menu click on Organisation and you have the option to Create and Search.
Create & Edit
Creating an Organisation
To create a new organisation record, navigate to Organisation and click on Create Organisation.
A new page will open presenting a blank Organisation template:
We have introduced a supervisor field on an Organisation record. The provides the ability to assign to a Supervisor on a Work Order. The Supervisor can then assign a relevant engineer on the work order after review.
The minimum requirement when creating an Organisation record is to populate all of the mandatory fields. These are marked with a red * the other fields are at your discretion as to whether you populate them.

An organisation may have 2 addresses - primary and alternative. You can enter the details for both addresses and use the radio button to select which address is the primary organisation address.
The addresses entered will be shown on the map. A pin with the letter A will represent the alternative address and a pin with the letter P will represent the primary organisation address.

Completing the Form
Once you have completed all of the fields that you require, scroll to the bottom of the page. From here you will be presented with the three options shown below.
- Create will create the contact record and take you to that record.
- Create & New will create the contact record and then present you with a blank form to complete.
- Cancel will return you to the contact search page without saving the new
