Template Search

Search Template allows you to search and filter the project templates on the system. Clicking on this option will open the page shown below.

The list of Templates records contains the following information:

  • Name
  • Description
  • Is Milestone
  • Tags

You can also click Custom filters b.png which will allow you to do a more detailed search. For more information on this function, see Custom Filters.

 

Sort Templates

Templates can be filtered by using the Screenshot_2022-02-03_at_13.50.44.png  button next to each column header. For more information on how to use this function see Filters.

Sort Templates:

You can sort the templates by grouping them. To do this, drag the column header that you wish to group by into the blue box above the columns. This will sort the templates into groups defined by the column header, an example is shown below:

The templates are sorted by Is Milestone by dragging the Is Milestone column header into the blue box above the columns. As you can see the templates have now been grouped by Is Milestone.

To change the order that the templates are displayed in click the column header that you wish to order by. Clicking once will arrange them in alphabetical order defined by the information in that column; an example is shown below:

Clicking the column header again will arrange the templates in reverse alphabetical order. Clicking the column header for the third time will return the templates to normal view.
