Property allows you to create and search for properties that can be associated with other records

Creating a Property
Once you click on Create a new page will open.
To create a new property record the minimum requirement is to complete all of the mandatory fields. A mandatory field is marked by a red star *. Fields not marked with a red star are optional and can be left blank, if required.
The create a Property page is broken down into the following fields:

The address details are linked to a map; entering the address will pinpoint the location of the property onto the map.

Associating a property with a Legal Entity
Properties can be associated with a Legal Entity. To do this, when creating or editing a property, click the ‘Legal Entity Contact’ field, and select a contact or select an organisation, depending on which is appropriate.
Completing the Form
Once you have completed all of the fields that you require, scroll to the bottom of the page. From here you will be presented with the three options shown below.
- Create will create the property record and take you to that record.
- Create & New will create the property record and then present you with a blank form to complete.
- Cancel will return you to the property search page without saving the new property record.
