Introduction
Function: An Asset is an Item & piece of equipment. An asset can be assigned to Different jobs (tasks) and keep track of what assets are available at any given time, The condition of the asset so that you can see when they need replacing.
Create & Edit
Creating an Asset
Create allows you to create a new asset within the system. To create a new asset you need to fill in all of the required & Mandatory fields; which are all of the fields marked with a red star * and then fill in any additional information about the asset.
For an asset, the fields which you will need to consider are:

Completing the Form
Once you have completed all of the fields that you require, scroll to the bottom of the page. From here you will be presented with the three options shown below.
- Create will create the lease record and take you to that record.
- Create & New will create the lease record and then present you with a blank form to complete.
- Cancel will return you to the lease search page without saving
