The audit tab allows you to see the audit history of the Incident; it will include any changes made to the Incident such as updated details and status changes. This tab is only made available to administrators.
All events that occur on the Incident record are recorded with a date and time stamp, the name of the user who made the change is also recorded. An example audit is shown below.
The Audit tab also keeps a record of users that have viewed the Incident; this can be viewed under the Record Viewing History tab, an example is shown below.
Information on the Audit tab can be filtered using the button next to each column header, for more information on this function see Filters. Information can also be grouped by dragging the appropriate column header into the bar above the Audit. Each widget can be Collapsed or expanded to Fullscreen using the and buttons respectively.
