Create Action
There are two methods of creating an Action.
1. Go to incident edit form, select Create and Add Action button.
2. Go to any record, select add action icon.
The following form will appear :

Click on Create & New or Create button.
If you are adding action from within a record the action will automatically be linked to the record.
