Framework User Roles and Actions
There are four different User Roles used in the System:
- Administrator
- Framework Owner
- Stakeholder
- Head Of
Each User has access to different Process Actions described below.
Suite of 'process actions' for Administrator (available when Framework is completed) include:
1. Launched
2. Withdrawn
3. Reviewed
4. Reset
5. Add Action
6. Favourite
Suite of 'process actions' for Administrator (available when Framework is in Progress) include:
1. Close
2. Place on Hold
3. Reset
4. Add Action
5. Favourite
Suite of 'process actions' for Framework Owner include:
1. Request Stakeholder Feedback
2. Request Stakeholder Endorsement
3. Request Head Of Approval
4. Request Framework Closure
5. Notify Contacts
6. Add Action

Suite of 'process actions' for Stakeholder (available after Stakeholder Feedback was requested) include:
1. Stakeholder Submit Feedback
2. Add Action

Example of Actions functionality for Head Of
Once Head Of Approval has been requested, the below screen is displayed to the Head Of:
Upon Head Of Approval, select Approve or Reject or Conditionally Approve - the below Feedback form will appear:
Once the Head Of submits the feedback, the Status and Stage on the General Details tile will change and the Progress bar will be updated. The Feedback Form will now display at the top of the General Details tile.
