From the Reports tab of the Policy record you can keep track of whether or not a user has read the Policy; clicking on this tab will open the page shown below.
The Readership Report displays a list of all users that have been requested to read the Policy; from here you can see whether or not a user has downloaded the Policy, if they have confirmed their readership and the dates that these occurred. You can also see whether or not the user has read the Policy before the due date.
If a user is unable to read the Policy before the due date, if for example they are on holiday the week before the deadline, then you can assign a new due date from this report. To assign a new due date you must first select the names of the users that you wish to change the due date for; select a new date from the calendar at the bottom of the report and then click the Set Due Date button. After confirming the action, the report will be updated to reflect the new dates and a notification will be sent to the user informing them of the new due date.
