The Policies module has been built around four main user roles, these are:
- Policy Owner - Responsible for editing and publishing the policy. These users will also manage readership and view reports.
- Policy Reviewer - Responsible for providing feedback on specific versions of the Policy Document.
- Other Users - Responsible for reading the Policy when requested to do so.
- Admin - Responsible for high level actions such as cancelling requests for Review.
The Policy Owner and Policy Reviewer roles have been built into Arctick and are linked to specific notifications, therefore both of these roles should be used for the Policies module. However, all other functionality within this module can be configured to either grant additional or remove access for the specific security roles depending on your requirements.
