Identify
The Identify page is very similar to the Log page but contains additional fields allowing you to add more details to the Risk.
If the Risk has been created as a Masked Risk it will only be visible to the assigned individuals, initially the creator and risk owner. From the Identify stage you are able to add additional contacts who will be able to view the Masked Risk.
From this page a Risk can also be categorised as a Divisional Risk:
- Creating a divisional risk will identify this risk as the parent to all the selected risks in the table below.
- Risks that have already been identified as a Divisional Risk cannot be added as a child risk to another Divisional Risk.
- Divisional risks and its children will be highlighted as such on each record.
- Please hold CTRL and click to select multiple risks (Both of these are security controlled).
- This table can be exported to excel.
Related Incidents:
Below Divisional Risks you have the option to add Related Incidents; simply click the checkbox next to each Incident that you want to link then click Save.
Notes:
The Notes widget allows you to add notes against the Risk stage. To add a new note click on Add Note; this will open the box shown below.
From here you can add a title to your note and categorise it by type; simply type your note into the text box and click Save.
After saving, your Note will appear in the Notes console. From here you can View , Edit
or Delete
the Note by clicking on the appropriate button next to the note.
Assigned Teams:
From the Identify page you can also assign a Team to be responsible for the Risk stage; click the check box next to the team(s) that you want to add and click Apply.
Divisional Risks, Related Incidents, Notes and Assigned Teams can all be filtered by using the button next to each column header; for more information on this function see Filters. Information can also be grouped by dragging the appropriate column header into the bar above the console. Each widget can be Collapsed or expanded to Fullscreen using the
and
buttons respectively.
