Process Tab
Within the Risk Process there are five stages, these are identified by the tabs at the top of the page. When a risk stage has been submitted for approval; the form will automatically load on the next tab to be worked on.
There is a Fast Track option available within the system. This allows omitting some stages when selecting the Fast Track button form a Risk tool bar 
.
When selected, the user is able to select which stage to move to. The options are:
- Assess (Validated)
- Manage (Validated)
- Monitor (Validated)
- Monitor (with oversight)
When an option is selected, the system will auto populate the appropriate validation for each stage. So that the data is available for audit purposes and can be seen within the Audit History tab.
It is only possible to go forwards through the workflow of the risk. So If you are at Assess – it would not be possible to ‘fast track’ to Identification.
