Log Risk
This will take you to the Create Risk template. All fields highlighted in red are the mandatory fields.
- The Business Area is a pre populated drop-down in which you select the area the risk is affecting.
- The Owner drop-down is populated with anyone that has the owner user role.
- The Category depicts the type of risk being created.
Once you have entered the information on the form, you will have the option to Cancel, Create & Add Action, Create & New and Create.
- Click on Cancel to exit the form.
- Click on Create which will take you to the risk summary page.
- Click on Create & New, which will create the risk and reload a blank form.
- Click on Create & Add Action, If you want to create an risk record and create an action associated with the risk record.
