Incident Console
The Incident Console is a central location to view all Incidents. It will be a ‘first port of call’ for all incident users, presenting them with Incidents assigned to them by default, but allowing for greater sets of results such as incidents raised within their business area.
The console will be available to all users with the Incident Viewer role.
The console will be able to display the following fields, some will appear on page by default, others can be added in manually by clicking on the check box, see below :
