My Incidents
My Incidents shows details of Incidents relevant to the user viewing the page i.e. any Incident that they are linked to. This page is comprised of 4 widgets: Statistics, Incidents by Category, Incidents by Impact, and Filtered Incident List.
Statistics
The Statistics widget displays 6 Info-graphics which are designed to show a summary of recent statistics at a glance.
Priority/Minor/Local Incidents Logged - these graphs show the number of incidents logged over the last complete 12 months. A line graph next to each priority displays the trend of Incident logging over the last year; hovering over an area will display the number of Incidents logged that month.
The Statistics widget also displays the estimated number of employees and customers affected by recent Incidents as well as the estimated financial loss. A line graph next to each estimate displays the trend of Incident impacts over the last year; hovering over an area will display the estimated number for that month.
Clicking on any of the above numbers will create a graph of the selected information.
Incidents by Category
This widget displays the number of Incidents logged within the last 12 months broken down by Category. The graph is fully interactive; you can select which categories display by clicking each category to toggle it on and off, and hovering over a section will display the number of Incidents for that category. Once you have created your desired display you can create a PDF of the graph by clicking ; this will download the PDF and give you the option to save it to your PC.
Incidents by Impact
Incidents by Impact works in exactly the same way as Incidents by Category; you can choose which items display and find out more detail by hovering over a particular section. You can also create a PDF of the graph by clicking on .
Filtered Incident List
The Filtered Incident List displays a full list of Incidents that the user is linked to. Clicking on the Title of the Incident will take you to the Incident record page.
These Incidents can by filtered by using the button next to each column header; for more information on this function see Filters.
