The results page will display % results per month of all complete instances against this activity. This page gives a good indication of performance over time.
As 'expired' instances are considered to be 'fails' then it is possible to remove expired instances from the results to provide percentages based on just the user submitted instances.
Other options allow you to change the view based on Check results or to view based on Business Area rather than team.
The table will show monthly results for the instances completed against this activity. The table will show each relevant team and aggregate (if necessary) a percentage from the feedback provided.
Its possible to click on the results to get further information. The breakdown will show the user the individual completed instances of the activity. You will be able to see who the owner is, who actually submitted the responses (as it could be a delegate), and what the calculated result was, as well as if any comments or evidence that was uploaded to it. Each Instance will be expandable to show the Element results that contributed to it. An Element is the very lowest level of the data.
The Activity Cost tile will show the total cost per month for the last 12 months.
It works out the cost of the activity by doing the following:
- The Job level of every employee will be set (mandatory)
- The estimated average time to complete an instance
- The cost per hour per job level will be set within administration
The table shows the cost per month broken down by job level, as well as a total cost.
A filter is available to pick a specific activity from the activities linked to the control.
